Whenever we hear the name of stock market, then the word gambling comes first in the mind of us Indians and this is often because of the people around us and our ancestors because we have heard all this from them, so is the stock market really a one? is gambling or a place to increase your wealth


Before knowing all this, we have to understand the difference between gambling and investing.


Gambling:-Gambling is an ancient game. In India, the game of gambling is known as Akshkrida or Akshadyut. In which you place your bet without any information and expect the result to come in your favor which is not absolutely certain


Investment:-An investment is an asset or item acquired with the goal of generating income or appreciation. Appreciation refers to an increase in the value of an asset over time. When an individual purchases a good as an investment, the intent is not to consume the good but rather to use it in the future to create wealth.



That is, if we say in simple language, if you find good companies in the stock market and invest your money in them, then there is less chance of losing your money.
